Planning and Zoning

The Planning and Community Development Department includes Planning and Zoning and Code Enforcement.

This department oversees the administration and management of the Unified Development Ordinance, which includes the subdivision and zoning regulations, and Land Use Plan, which guides development and zoning standards. The department also works with the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment.
